Baked lemon salmon with creamy dill sauce – cooking classy

I used full fat greek yoghurt and less milk to achieve a creamy consistency. Healthy salmon recipes baked I imagine that mayo would taste good but personally not a fan due to the preservatives and soybean oil. Japanese teriyaki salmon recipe I also recommend covering the baking dish with foil and cooking until done, at least with thick fillets, to lock in the moisture. Shauna: Do you slice the skin off your salmon BEFORE putting it into the pan? Or do you just cool it skin side down and scrape it off after its done cooking??
