I feel like one of the most challenging things about trying to eat a healthy diet is all of the conflicting information out there. At then end of last year, while we were still living in beautiful Northern California, a company based out of San Francisco reached out to me to see if I’d be interesting in trying new Thrive Culinary Algae Oil.

Based on Thrive’s mission statement and the process of how their algae oil is produced, it sounded like it was right up my alley. In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, oil, tamari, oregano, and a pinch of salt & pepper.
