Walt Disney World has announced Disney’s Hollywood Studios will present “ The Music of Pixar Live! – A Symphony of Characters” starting May 26, 2017.

This limited-time event will showcase music from Pixar Animation Studios films, like Toy Story, Monsters Inc., Finding Nemo, and Cars, complete with a live orchestra.

Volcano Bay will be opening this spring, and Universal Orlando has revealed the story behind its new immersive water theme park.

More than just a day of fun, Raglan Road‘s annual Mighty Festival returns to Disney Springs the weekend of March 16 through 19, 2017. Healthy banana bread pudding Celebrating everything Irish, the festival will have live music, Irish dancers, and traditional food and drink to enjoy.

The annual Food & Wine Festival returns to Busch Gardens Tampa weekends in March and April with great food, beverages, and live music.

The 2017 festival takes place on weekends from March 4 through April 30, and features signature dishes and exciting new cuisine – including duck tacos, lobster ravioli, bacon mac & cheese, brown sugar rubbed pork belly, banana foster panna cotta and cabernet-filled chocolates – as well as an expanded selection of wines, craft brews and cocktails.

Foodies – mark your calendars! There are a slew of food-centric events scheduled for the next few months, and they run the gamut from special dinners to theme park festivals:

As part of The COOP‘s Guest Chef Series, Chef John Rivers will be joined by Rusty Spoon’s Chef Kathleen Blake on February 22, for a cooking demo and tasting. The best banana bread ever The menu will feature Chef Blake’s Lake Meadow Chicken Thighs and Sticky Rice with Lemon Relish, and Chef Rivers’ Pecan Pie Bread Pudding.

One of the highlights of the annual Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival is the Garden Rocks Concert Series, and we have the list of acts that will be appearing.

The festival will run March 1 through May 29, but the concerts will only be held Friday through Monday (which is one day more each week than previous years).

The much anticipated Rivers of Light will finally debut at Disney’s Animal Kingdom at Walt Disney World on February 17, 2017.

Rivers of Light is a 15-minute show combining live performance, floating set pieces, a soaring musical score, fountains and more in a celebration of animals and nature on the Discovery River inside the park.

Mere hours after helping the New England Patriots win this year’s Super Bowl, running back James White celebrated with Mickey Mouse at Walt Disney World.

In a parade than ran down Main Street U.S.A., White and Mickey shared a perch on a float that also had Goofy and Minnie Mouse, all dressed in their football finest.

SeaWorld Orlando is debuting the Seven Seas Food Festival, combining culinary delights with headliner concerts, Saturdays from Feb 11 to May 13, 2017.

Each week guests can sip and sample their way around the world of international coastal cuisine, with more than 60 unique Asian, Latin, European, Polynesian and North Atlantic dishes throughout the park, while enjoying craft beers, paired wines and specialty entertainment.

Universal Orlando gets ready to kick off their annual Mardi Gras celebration featuring headliner concerts on February 4. Recipe for banana bread pudding It will run daily through March 25, 2017.

Praise Wave 2017 brings Christian music, fellowship, and fun to SeaWorld Orlando Saturdays January 14 through 28.
