ROCKFORD — Rockford’s premier wakeboarding park is expanding and could have a new system running by late June.

Jay Sandine, assistant executive director of the Rockford Park District, has worked with Jarrett on West Rock since the beginning and said he’s excited about the expansion — both for Jarrett’s sake and because it is a “community driver” exposing residents and out-of-towners to southwest Rockford.
